Netflix’s US Top 10 has a new leader, and it is not a slow climb. In the week ending October 24, 2026, The Diplomat jumped from #11 to #1 in daily chart points tracked by FlixPatrol, while a licensed horror pickup delivered one of the fastest debuts of the week.
A sharp rise for The Diplomat
The Diplomat’s fourth season moved from 17 points at #11 the previous week to 65 points and #1. It tied Love Is Blind, which also reached 65 points as its Boston season rolls out weekly. Below, last week’s #1 with 80 points, slipped to #3 with 62 points in its third week.
The pattern matters for programming teams: full-season drops can compound quickly once catch-up viewing starts, but a weekly reality format can match that daily pressure when episodes land on a schedule.
From becomes the licensing story
Netflix added the first three seasons of From, a 30-episode horror series from MGM+. It debuted at #4 with 35 points after just five days. Reports suggest the licence is limited rather than permanent: season four remains exclusive to MGM+, and the final season is due in 2027.
That is a useful case study for acquisition teams. A well-reviewed catalogue title placed in the final stretch before Halloween produced immediate Top 10 velocity without the cost of a new original.
- The Diplomat: #11 to #1, from 17 to 65 points.
- From: #4 after five days with 35 points.
- Nobody Wants This: #9 after two days with 20 points.
- Gladiator II: #9 on the movie chart after Netflix picked up both Gladiator films.
Movie chart and other debuts
Animals held #1 for a second week with 76 points, down from 80. Sacrifice climbed from #13 to #2 with 61 points, and Twilight remained at #5. The new entries included Hot Wheels Let’s Race: Attack of the T-Rex at #6, Gladiator II at #9 and Surviving Hurricane Otis at #13.
On the series side, Cyberpunk: Edgerunners returned at #8. Kambole Campbell’s five-star review called the season “scrappier, messier than its predecessor, but that in itself feels human.” Nobody Wants This entered at #9 after only two days, which suggests a top-five finish is realistic once a full weekend of viewing lands.
For media planners, the early reads are directional rather than final. A two-day debut is not a weekly result, but it shows which titles are building weekend momentum.
