Hanuman Ansh is no longer a small devotional film story. The Neem Karoli Baba drama has reached ₹352 crore worldwide after 46 days, according to Hindustan Times, against a reported production budget of just ₹2 crore.
The worldwide number is roughly 175 times the budget. More importantly, it came from a run that was written off early. The film opened at ₹10 lakh and managed only ₹1.50 crore over its first two weeks. Weekly momentum took over after positive word of mouth, with ₹60 crore-plus in net India collections each week from the fourth week onward. On day 46, it added another ₹4 crore net in India.

It has moved past Vijay’s Jana Nayagan at ₹324 crore, Yash’s Toxic at ₹341 crore and Ram Charan’s Peddi at ₹342 crore. Border 2, reported above ₹450 crore worldwide, is the next target. Domestically, the film ranks fourth for India this year behind Dhurandhar 2, Border 2 and Spider-Man: Brand New Day.
The overseas leg is still relatively new. Hombale Films picked up worldwide distribution rights earlier this month, and the film has collected $2.8 million across three weeks overseas. That late international release creates another revenue lane after the domestic run has already established the title.

For entertainment marketers and media planners, the story is not just the total. It is the shape of the demand curve. A ₹10 lakh opening day normally signals a non-event. Strong weekly holds from the fourth week onward produced a ₹350 crore-plus global total. That is a reminder that community-driven audiences can sustain a title long after the opening-weekend advertising window closes.
