The Team buys UK creators agency Outreach Talent Group

The Team has moved from a messy ownership transition to dealmaking. The Westwood-headquartered management, production and marketing firm, backed by Providence Equity Partners, has acquired Outreach Talent Group, a boutique U.K. creators agency. Michael Calvin Jones, The Team’s EVP of creators, confirmed the transaction Tuesday.

Outreach was co-founded by Emilio and Amy Arciniega and has operated since 2021. It works across multiple creator categories, with clients including Cleanwith Bea, Montel Mckenzie, Calum Harris, Danny Rae and Jess Iszatt. The agency has its main base in London and a New York presence.

Why the U.K. move matters

The Team’s existing creators unit already represents Livvy Dunne, Taylen Biggs, Grant Horvat, The Bryan Bros, MatPat and Abby Baffoe. Adding Outreach gives the firm a direct U.K. and European lane. Jones called Outreach’s “impressive growth over the past five years” a signal of its service model, while Emilio Arciniega said the deal helps clients “expand globally.”

Bolt-on economics

This is the latest step in a long-running acquisition strategy. The company rebranded earlier this year after founder Casey Wasserman sold his stake and exited in the wake of an Epstein-linked scandal that prompted client exits. It has spent more than two decades buying boutique agencies and had about 4,000 employees earlier this year. The creators division launched in 2023 through purchases such as Dallas-based J1S, Long Haul Management and golf-focused Provisions.

What media buyers should track

For brand marketers and media planners, agency M&A changes the supply side of creator campaigns. A cross-border roster can simplify multi-market buying but can also shift account teams, exclusivity and pricing. Immediate checks:

  • Audit audience overlap when rosters merge, rather than assuming every new name adds incremental reach.
  • Confirm who will run the account post-close, and whether founder-run relationships survive.
  • Benchmark U.K., U.S. and multi-market rates separately; one roster is not one rate card.

The asset here is founder-run local knowledge, not just talent names. Buyers should treat every creator agency acquisition as a prompt to re-audit lineups and pricing before committing budget.
